Coaching is a highly effective,
co-creative process that supports individuals in creating
the lives they’ve always wanted. As a life-coach, I
coach my clients by providing support and accountability as
they achieve their personal and business goals.
A life coach is someone who helps you to create the change
you want in your life. This could be changes in habits, situations,
relationships, transitions…
A life coach has a background in life and work experience
that helps develop their natural skills of understanding and
helping people. They are educated with practical training
and certification in the personal life/coaching field.
All of us need to outsource at one time or another to get
through blocks or accomplish something. Hiring a coach can
be a very pro-active thing to do. There are many coaching
specialties, for example image consulting, relationship coaching,
health care coaching, parenting coaching, business coaching…
I personally specialize in the area of highly sensitive
people (the so called ‘HSPs’) and their
special challenges and needs in life. During our sessions
we’ll talk about the way we HSP’s experience our
sensitivity, about the positive and wonderful side of being
sensitive, about the different techniques that help us to
thrive in a world that might at times feel aggressive and
threatening, and about many other things. My goal as coach
is to help you find ways to manage your sensitivity and to
get stronger within so that you will come to embrace your
sensitivity as the gift it is. Together we will find tools
that are appropriate for your particular sensitivity.
You, as client, will supply the agenda or topic of discussion
for each session. I will listen attentively and ask you deep
questions. By offering you perspectives, options and suggestions
you will come up with your own powerful solutions.
Coaching is no therapy, but it is confidential.
There is no need to come to Spain; coaching can be done quite
effectively by phone. (I use Skype).
Give it a try, the first session is free!
